Born in Salt Lake City, UT Amber Jane Lewis has honed, loved and lived her skill-set in Hospitality beginning as hostess and other front-line positions in her early teens.
With incredible and awe-inspiring drive she moved forward into positions such as bartender, banquet captain, lead server and manager for 20 plus years participating in numerous ground-up projects and multiple outlet supervision roles while putting herself through school, owning a daycare and most importantly raising two beautiful children of her own. With spending time with family and altruism at the top of her list, Amber’s other interests include horticulture, mountains, landscapes, the Earth, fishing, camping, music, and creative writing.
Twenty-five years of experience, selflessness, integrity, an open mind and the will to serve others put Amber’s gifts right at home in the restaurant/hotel business and can be described as “service mastery” and leadership at its finest. She inspires and promotes values and balance for her employees and everyone around her where they may be easily inclined to learn and follow in her footsteps.
Amber Jane’s dedication to impeccable service can currently be experienced in the Zion Canyon culinary collection of restaurants and establishments outside Zion National Park in Springdale. She is acting partner and director of food and beverage and her experience and attention to detail are felt by all who join us as guests, customers, and team members alike.
